Site preparation and turf grass maintenance; upon arrival Rich Miller Landscape Service will police the property for debris and safety hazards. Rich Miller Landscape service will commence mowing and edging of turf areas of your property using its fleet of commercially maintained equipment. All clippings will be bagged and neatly transported to our service vehicle for disposal Fertilization, weed abatement and prevention; Fertilizers will be applied to the turf grass up to 5 times per year using a seasonally adjusted blend for Northwest turf. Weeds will be extracted or treated with appropriate chemicals in the bedding and turf areas for optimal control. Rich Miller Landscape service will apply pre-emergent granules to all bedding areas twice per year as extra weed prevention. Shrub care; this service consists of minor pruning, thinning and shearing as dictated by plant species, plant health and appearance.
